The New Ross Credit Union Mobile App is optimized for Android™, iPhone™, iPod Touch™ and iPad™,  Our Mobile App gives you instant access to your money anytime, anywhere on your mobile or wireless device.  It provides on the go convenience to allow you to view account details, transfer money, pay bills and much more.

How to Get Started

To use Mobile App you must first be registered for MemberDirect® Online Banking.  If you do not currently have access to online banking, please visit either branch of New Ross Credit Union to register.

Once you have registered for online banking, simply download the app from Google Play™ or iTunes™ and you are on your way!

What does it cost to use Mobile App?

The New Ross Credit Union Mobile App is free for our members to download; however, usage will be subject to your mobile services provider's standard data and messaging rates.  Transactional service fees are based on New Ross Credit Union's current service fee schedule which can be viewed here.

What are the operating system requirements?

To use the Mobile App for iPhone™, iPod Touch™ and iPad™ your device must run iOS 5.0 or higher.

What is QuickView?

QuickView displays your account balances any time the app is open, without needing you to login.  QuickView default is set to "off"; you can turn this feature on by going to Settings/Preferences on the Mobile App.

How is the mobile banking app different from mobile web access?

Mobile web means a website that is adapted to be more user-friendly when accessed from a mobile device, but it doesn't always work perfectly because there are so many different types of phones, tablets, and other devices.  A mobile app on the other hand, is designed for specific Apple and Android devices.
